Graduating Ministry Ventures Course

Last Friday a dream came true! Pastor Ron Wean and I graduated from the year-long Ministry Ventures certification course! Now the 180 Your Grief Widows Empowerment and Grief Counseling Center is Ministry Venture certified! This intensive training applies best business and ministry practices for long-term sustainability. A HUGE THANKS to our executive ministry coach, Beth Bennett, for working one-on-one with our widows’ ministry. (We even received the coach’s “Most Teachable” award…’cause I had much to learn!) Beth is a wise and inspired teacher, mentor and friend! So thankful for all the friendships made and ministries represented. 180 Your Grief is now also a featured ministry on the National Christian Foundation website! God is so faithful to turn our pain into a purpose, our heartbreak into healing, and our loss into leadership. What a God we serve! So honored to also be pictured with Rachel Bobo Faulkner Brown, a fellow-widow (2 TIMES!) and ministry leader. Onward, Friends!
