We are so excited to watch God move among our widowed community! Please join us online or in-person or share this newsletter with a widow that you know.

Here are a few online event highlights:

New Beginnings Online: Carrie Stringer is teaching our 180 Your Life New Beginnings online Widow Strong small group and this class became a closed group last Monday. Look for a new online class to open in the next few months!

Monday night Widow Talk is still available from 7:00 – 8:00 PM on Zoom. Email hello@widowstrong.com for the zoom link.

Women of Valor Dinner at 12 Stone

The latest class of the New Beginnings course wrapped up at 12 Stone Church. I was honored to be invited to their Women of Valor Ceremony and Dinner, held this past week. It was a precious time with amazing warrior women who love Jesus and are depending on Him in so many powerful ways. If you’d like to learn more about this chapter, please visit their facebook page.

Widow Strong Movie Gathering
Saturday, March 26, 2022 3pm to 6pm
In-Person Event

Widows and kiddos, please join us for our March Ahead Movie event on Saturday, March 26th from 3pm to 6pm at Faith Lutheran Church at 2111 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta GA 30068 in the cafeteria (it’s next door to the Widows’ Center). We will be showing an inspirational movie called Overcomer starring Priscilla Shirer for the widows, and the movie Wonder for the kiddos.

Please RSVP how many widows and kiddos are attending so we can get an accurate headcount for refreshments.

Easter Sunday Banquet

Please join us for an Easter Banquet honoring widows and kiddos hosted by Christ the King Anglican Church on Easter Sunday, April 17th from 1:30pm to 3pm at:

Please RSVP how many widows and kiddos are coming so that we can better prepare for food, refreshments, and egg hunt!

We are excited to announce that our new online Widow Strong FB page shop is open resell donated items as a way of raising funds to support Widow Strong programs!

At this time, we don’t have a large warehouse or storefront to hold donated items. That’s a prayer for the future! We do have a STORsquare unit and as we sell off items, we can take in more donations. We will let you know when we are able to do that.

In the interim, please shop our new Widow Strong Resell and Restore shop page and know that more items are coming!
