Pastor Ron Wean

Ronald H. Wean is an ordained Lutheran Pastor as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). For the past 21 years, he has been called to serve as a Pastoral Counselor in a full service Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from a Level 1 Regional Trauma Center, serving community government and business organizations. In addition to providing clinical Employee Assistance and individual and corporate services in both private and public sectors, he also provides management training in team building, conflict and change management, and crisis intervention. He is also honored to serve as a peer counselor trainer for first responders, as well as pastor a local church.
