Ever have one of those days when grief hits like a ton of bricks? Me too. I’m experiencing a fresh wave of grief this week after the tragic loss of a good friend. It’s a no-makeup, raw kind of day. When I feel this way, I know the steps to feel better and typically manage my own grief privately. I don’t look pulled together today, and that’s the point. Grief is hard but there are proven steps that can help your body feel better faster. In this video, I share my down-and-dirty, pull-me-from-the-funk, clinically-proven strategies.
