2. Join the Private 180U Facebook Group
   Fill out the form below to request to be added to our private Facebook for 180U members. You will get an invite to your inbox.Facebook will notify you when you get into the group and you’ll soon be on your way to sharing your journey with other fabulous, courageous women.
3. Introduce Yourself on the Facebook Group
   This group will provide much support and encouragement. It can be helpful in finding a team or starting one. Stay in touch and use it for as long as you like.
